As a former accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts School of Business, Troy brings a unique perspective and detailed understanding of financial statements and finances that enables him to assist his clients in ways that most lawyers cannot.

With a professional license and Master’s Degree in civil engineering, Matt brings a unique and formidable problem-solving ability to the practice of law. He is recognized as a thorough, knowledgeable, and practical attorney, whose legal services are highly sought after by creditors and consumers alike.

Born and raised in Central Massachusetts, Matt returned home to establish his law practice after serving eight years as an officer in the United States Air Force.

Thomas J. Ford, Jr. – Of Counsel

Tom is a Massachusetts Attorney who has dedicated his life to the service of others. First, as a Massachusetts State Police Officer where he rose to the rank of Detective Lieutenant.

He became the Chief Investigator for a Massachusetts District Attorney and was assigned for several years with the United States Department of Justice as a special task force agent. He later took over duties as executive officer in the State Police Bureau of Investigative Services. Following his honorable discharge from public service he became a Legal Investigator for a major law firm.

With decades of experience as a Massachusetts State Trooper and as a Legal Investigator, he has investigated hundreds of OUI's, Motor Vehicle Accidents, and all types of crimes.

Over the years he has developed many contacts in both the criminal and civil justice systems and an understanding of how the justice system works.

As a Trial Attorney he entered into private practice taking his years of diverse experience to successfully and zealously defend his client's rights in both criminal and civil litigation.

He holds an Of Counsel position with Morrison Rousseau, LLP.

He earned his Doctor of Law degree (J.D.) from Massachusetts School of Law, passed the bar exam on his first attempt, and holds degrees in Criminal Justice Cum Laude from Anna-Maria College.

He is a current member of the American Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Worcester County Bar Association.
